These Terms & Conditions are here to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us. Nothing complicated just a few guidelines that help projects run successfully.

By working with 79 Branding, you agree to these terms.

79 Branding is a creative branding studio based in the Netherlands. We provide services including:

• Branding & rebranding

• Content creation

• Web design

• Marketing support

• Social media & PR

Every project is unique
No two businesses are the same, and neither are our projects.
Before we start working together, you'll receive a proposal, quote, or written agreement outlining:

• The scope of work

• Deliverables

• Timeline

• Investment

Anything outside the agreed scope may require additional time and costs, which will always be discussed beforehand.

Payments
Invoices are payable within the payment period stated on the invoice.
To secure larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
If payments are delayed, work may be paused until outstanding invoices have been settled.

Your role in the process
Great branding is a collaboration.
To keep things moving, we ask clients to:

• Provide requested information and materials on time

• Review work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

• Ensure they have permission to use any content they provide

Delays in feedback or missing materials may affect project timelines.

Revisions
Feedback is a valuable part of the creative process.
Projects include a reasonable number of revisions, as agreed in the project proposal.
If additional revisions or major changes are requested beyond the original scope, additional fees may apply.

Ownership & intellectual property
Once a project has been completed and all invoices have been paid in full, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
This may include items such as:

• Brand assets

• Website designs

• Content created for the project

• Final photography selections

Concepts, drafts, unused ideas, and working files remain the property of 79 Branding unless otherwise agreed.

Portfolio rights
We're proud of the work we create together. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, 79 Branding may showcase completed projects, photography, and creative work in portfolios, case studies, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
If your project requires confidentiality, just let us know before we begin.

Website projects
For website projects, clients are responsible for providing content, imagery, and necessary account access where applicable.
79 Branding is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, software updates, domain providers, or services beyond our control.

Photography
Photography delivered by 79 Branding may be used by the client for their business and promotional purposes.
Raw, unedited image files are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

Marketing & content services
We use our expertise, creativity, and best judgement to help businesses grow and communicate effectively.
However, marketing results can never be guaranteed. Factors such as market conditions, audience behaviour, and business decisions remain outside our control.

Cancellations
Life happens. If a project needs to be cancelled, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Work completed up to that point remains payable.
Deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Liability
While we always aim to deliver our best work, 79 Branding cannot be held liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final work before publication or use.

Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as our business evolves.
The most recent version will always be available on this website.
